Polymer clay is durable and lightweight but should still be handled with care. To keep them looking new, you should do the following:

Avoid moisture. Remove earrings when showering, swimming, or any activity that might get them wet.

Allow perfumes, lotions and cosmetics to completely dry before wearing. Avoid direct contact.

Keep away from sharp objects to avoid scratches.

Remove when sleeping.

Wipe clean with a soft damp cloth or a q-tip.

Store in a closed box, pouch, or other cool, dry place.
